TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance of your booking will be subject to the listed conditions.

1. Blue Haven Motor Yacht Charter, hereinafter referred to as “The Company”, reserve the right to change the selected yacht for one of a similar standard without notice.
2. Professional skippers are provided by Kinsale Yacht Services Ltd. The skipper will at all times be in command during the charter and his decisions, especially relating to client safety, weather conditions and the safe management of the yacht are final.
3. If due to inclement weather the charter is unable to proceed, the liability of “the company” will be limited to arranging the charter on an alternate date.
4. Payment for charters is due on confirmed bookings and if cancelled by the client with less than 30 days notice shall not be refundable unless an alternate charter client can be booked.
